What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $2,036.00 by July 31, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by July 31, 2022, and pay $174.99 plus $60.82 per day from August 1, 2022, until they move out. The eviction can be enforced by the Sheriff starting August 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
