The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay the Landlord $4,655.43 plus $62.47 per day from October 12, 2022, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
