The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. The Tenant must move out by February 3, 2023, if the order is not voided. The Tenant owes $2,033.89 to the Landlord, plus $7.17 per day for use of the unit from January 18, 2023, until move-out. If not paid by February 3, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually.
