What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and because the Tenant committed an illegal act or carried out an illegal trade, business or occupation in the rental unit or the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 13, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $299.36 in compensation, plus $20.22 per day from June 3, 2021 until the Tenant moves out, and the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay by June 13, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
