What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex or another lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 4, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 4, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $19.40 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from April 5, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by April 4, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
