What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,677.21, plus $24.99 per day starting March 20, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
