The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $899.94, which represents the amount of rent owing up to September 30, 2021, less the rent deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by February 25, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
