What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of the Tenants and evict the Unauthorized Occupant, and for compensation for the use of the rental unit.

The ruling

The Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before June 18, 2021 and pay the Landlord $5,520.26 for use of the unit from March 27, 2021 to June 7, 2021, as well as $75.62 per day for use of the unit from June 8, 2021 until the date he moves out. The Unauthorized Occupant shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Unauthorized Occupant does not pay the full amount by June 30, 2021, he will owe interest at 2.00% on the outstanding balance.
