What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant paid all arrears for the period ending November 30, 2020 after the application was filed, but the Landlord's cost of filing the application remained outstanding.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $168.21 for the Landlord's application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 16, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
