What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice of Termination effective September 30, 2020 due to rent arrears.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $58.65, which represents the amount owing to April 30, 2021 for a portion of the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before May 31, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
