What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,291.00 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $60.16 per day for compensation starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 11, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting December 12, 2021.
