What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex wilfully or negligently causing damage to the premises, and seriously impairing the safety of any person in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 27, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $966.15 for the repair costs and $186 for the application fee. If the amounts are not paid by June 27, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
