The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 28, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,353.02 plus $46.62 per day for each day of occupation after January 18, 2023. If the full amount is not paid by January 28, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
