What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on June 8, 2021 with respect to application EAL-93427-21.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by November 13, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the amount of the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the arrears of rent owed to the Landlord. The Landlord is authorized to offset $45.11 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting November 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
