What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because they failed to meet a condition specified in the previous hearing order issued by the Board on September 21, 2021 with respect to L2 application EAL-95848-21.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 21, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
