What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,303.75 in rent arrears and application costs. If the Tenant does not pay by July 30, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by June 19, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
