What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 6, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. The Tenant must pay $1,084.72 for rent arrears and charges, plus $48.53 per day from February 24, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant can void the eviction by paying $3,089.33 by February 28, 2022, or $4,565.49 by March 6, 2022.
