What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The parties resolved the matter by consent order.

The ruling

The previous order TNL-23514-20 issued on January 23, 2020 was set aside and replaced with a consent order. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,849.30 in arrears in three installments by November 20, 2020. The Tenant must also pay the monthly rent as it comes due. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
