What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $12,748.76 on or before that date. The Tenant must pay $9,261.62 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application costs. Daily compensation of $59.00 applies from February 5, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If not vacated by February 15, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
