What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant had paid all the rent arrears by the date of the hearing, but had not paid the full amount of the application filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the remaining balance of $176.52 of the Landlord's application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 1, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
