The Tenant must pay the November 2020 rent of $1,721.85 by November 20, 2020. The Tenant must also pay rent on the 1st of each month from December 2020 to November 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply under section 78 to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
