The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,888.59 plus $46.18 per day for use of the unit starting May 19, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 29, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
