Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on November 2, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,468.40 plus $78.96 per day starting February 19, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by March 1, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
