The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,468.40 plus $78.96 per day starting February 19, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by March 1, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
