What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $1,634.06 by 2023-02-28 or $3,144.06 by 2023-03-28 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by 2023-03-28 and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction.
