What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties reached a settlement agreement prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $65 per week towards the $2,353.26 owed, and pays the monthly rent in full by the first of each month from July 2021 to March 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
