The previous order TNL-31137-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by September 11, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,771.00 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $55.73 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 1, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 11, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
