The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,601.32 by August 31, 2022 or $3,672.88 by September 9, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 9, 2022. The Landlord is entitled to daily compensation of $35.23 starting July 19, 2022 until the Tenant vacates.
