Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenant did not meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears.

The ruling

The previous order EAL-93417-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $8,182.83, plus $41.59 per day starting August 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
