The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective November 5, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $4,058.17 for the cost of repairing the damage and $190 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 14, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
