What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act by stealing a package in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by June 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owed by June 27, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by June 27, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
