The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 25, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,423.82 in rent arrears and costs, plus $46.57 per day in compensation starting August 15, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 25, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
