What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the previous order is granted. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $10,106.10 in rent arrears and application fees by February 28, 2021, and to pay rent on time and in full for the next 9 months. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
