The tenancy is terminated effective March 25, 2023. The Tenant must pay $11,805.34 plus $43.59 per day from March 15, 2023, until vacating the unit. If not vacated by March 25, 2023, the Landlord may enforce eviction through the Court Enforcement Office starting March 26, 2023.
