The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,771.42 plus $42.76 per day starting February 5, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
