What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-49875-21) issued on August 19, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay rent arrears and ongoing rent as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay $3,540.96 plus $40.26 per day starting February 25, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by March 7, 2022, the Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting March 8, 2022.
