The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay $3,540.96 plus $40.26 per day starting February 25, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by March 7, 2022, the Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting March 8, 2022.
