What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on April 22, 2020 with respect to application EAL-88283-20. The Tenants failed to pay rent on or before October 1, 2020 as required by the settlement.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before November 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
