What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on October 26, 2022 with respect to application EAL-98275-21.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 28, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
