What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,576.72 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $36.66 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 5, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 15, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
