What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 25, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,937.51 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $60.82 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 15, 2022 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 25, 2022, they will owe interest starting February 26, 2022.
