What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The Tenant's motion to set aside the previous order is granted. The previous order is cancelled and replaced with a new order requiring the Tenant to pay the arrears in installments and pay rent on time for the duration of the payment plan. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance becomes immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
