What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order CEL-00660-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 25, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,826 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $65.75 per day in compensation for occupying the unit after September 1, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 25, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
