The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,826 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $65.75 per day in compensation for occupying the unit after September 1, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 25, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
