What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.

The ruling

Order TEL-18755-21 is set aside and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $7,397.72 in arrears, with $1,000 due by the 20th of each month from December 2021 to June 2022, and the remaining $397.72 due by July 20, 2022. The Tenant shall also pay the lawful rent in full on the 1st of each month starting December 2021 until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
