What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on April 2, 2020 with respect to application TSL-12460-19. The parties agreed that the Tenant had already vacated the rental unit and requested a consent order.

The parties agreed that the Tenant had already vacated the rental unit and requested a consent order. Order TSL-15685-20 issued on August 5, 2020 is set aside, Order TSL-12460-19 is cancelled, and the tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated.
