What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The parties agreed to a conditional consent order where the Tenant would pay all outstanding arrears, including NSF fees and the Landlord's filing fee, by a certain date in order for the Landlord to consent to the set aside motion. The previous order was also amended to continue the requirement for the Tenant to pay rent on time and in full until November 1, 2021.
