What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenant's illegal acts, substantial interference with Landlord's management, and willful damage to the rental unit and residential complex. Landlord also sought compensation for damages caused by the Tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 20, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by March 14, 2022. The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,567.71 to the Landlord for damages and application fees. If not paid by March 14, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually from March 15, 2022.
