What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 20, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by March 14, 2022. The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,567.71 to the Landlord for damages and application fees. If not paid by March 14, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually from March 15, 2022.
