The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,955.65 plus $53.91 per day starting April 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by August 15, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
