What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee.
