What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,008.33, which includes rent arrears up to August 4, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 16, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 15, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
