The tenancy is terminated effective December 31, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,044.67, which includes rent arrears and costs, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant pays $2,462.30 on or before January 29, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
