What happened

Landlord applied for orders to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other residents, committing illegal acts, and seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 19, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $59.84 per day for use of the unit from December 9, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by December 19, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
